Weekly insights and coaching notes
Insights is a Monday–Sunday rollup of time VisibleHours already stored — not AI: productive vs unproductive, idle, allocated hours on client codes, a seven-day stacked trend, and one coaching note per person. The week score is productive ÷ classified — productive time divided by classified time, the same arithmetic as daily Scores, only when a rule has labeled a window. Unclassified and idle stay out. “No classified time” is honest: nothing to divide, not 0%, and not an invented insight.
The headline and notes are template sentences from those totals. They are not a live language model, not AI coaching, not a chatbot manager, not AI workforce insights, and not a forecast of who will quit. The range is one week at a time (Previous / Next, snapped to Monday). There is no person-vs-team filter — the org week sits above a table of every active person. The tray stays visible.
Public Search “insights”, “open insights”, “analytics”, “reports overview”, or “how to use insights” stays here. It will not write a performance review or open the signed-in screen. After you sign in, Ask “insights”, “open insights”, “analytics”, or “reports overview” opens Insights; “weekly summary” opens /insights#summary; “productivity trends” opens /insights#trend; “team coaching notes” opens /insights#notes; “insights tutorial” or “how to use insights” opens Help. Ask “AI workforce insights”, “AI coaching”, “chatbot manager”, “predict who will quit”, or “please write me a review of this employee” is refused.
- Write URL and app rules first. Without a label there is no classified time and no week score. Public page: URL rules.
- Open Insights for a Monday–Sunday — operations sees a headline, week score, and a trend of productive / unproductive / idle minutes.
- Read the team coaching notes, then open a person’s timeline.
- Download CSVs from Exports when you need the rows. “Reports overview” is this weekly reading, not the CSV page.
What this is not
- Not a live language model. The disclaimer on Insights says so.
- Not AI coaching and not a chatbot manager. Ask “AI coaching” or “chatbot manager” is refused. Notes are templates from classified minutes.
- Not AI workforce insights. Ask “AI workforce insights” is refused. There is no model and no learned ranking.
- Not predictive attrition. Ask “predict who will quit” is refused. VisibleHours does not forecast who will leave.
- Not a competitor-style BI suite or custom dashboard builder.
- Not a performance review. VisibleHours will not invent one from a coaching note.
- Not a replacement for daily Scores or the shift calendar.
- Not outreach. VisibleHours does not email employees from this screen.
- Not a hidden rating. Employees still see pause and quit on the tray.
- Not a done-for-you workflow. Public Search will not write a review.
Public workup: Weekly insights without a live model. Signed-in steps: Insights tutorial. Seats stay $7 / seat on Pricing — this page does not start checkout.
