visiblehours.com · Pricing

$7 per person. That is the plan.

One price: $7 per seat / month. You pay for the people you invite. Seats are shown in Settings after sign-in. This page does not start checkout. There is no live card charge until Stripe is enabled. There is no checkout button on this page. New organizations start in trial. Demo mode can mark seats active without a charge. Public Search “how much does it cost”, “pricing”, or “seven dollars per seat” stays here and will not configure company settings or charge a card.

Where seats actually live

After sign-in, Settings shows seat count, trial vs active, and whether demo mode is on. Trial is off-billing — not a hidden invoice. Demo activate writes a mock subscription on that organization only. A live Stripe Checkout path is not on until Operations sets Stripe keys. Ask “billing and seats” or “activate seats” opens that card. This public page will not change seats or open a payment form.

Read the $7 per seat workup for the same honesty in article form. The signed-in tutorial stays on /help/settings.
