$7 per person. That is the plan.
One price: $7 per seat / month. You pay for the people you invite. Seats are shown in Settings after sign-in. This page does not start checkout. There is no live card charge until Stripe is enabled. New organizations start in trial. Demo mode can mark seats active without a charge. Public Search “how much does it cost”, “pricing”, or “seven dollars per seat” stays here and will not configure company settings or charge a card.

Where seats actually live
After sign-in, Settings shows seat count, trial vs active, and whether demo mode is on. Trial is off-billing — not a hidden invoice. Demo activate writes a mock subscription on that organization only. A live Stripe Checkout path is not on until Operations sets Stripe keys. Ask “billing and seats” or “activate seats” opens that card. This public page will not change seats or open a payment form.

What you are buying
A visible tray on company Windows PCs, plus the operations screens that allocate hours, approve a week, and export CSV. Screenshots, recording sessions, and mobile GPS stay off until you turn them on. Read the guides before you flip those switches. Work dates on Exports are calendar dates — there is no timezone picker. Heartbeats are stored in UTC.
Ask, Help, and this page
- Ask “pricing”, “how much does it cost”, or “seven dollars per seat” opens this page. Public Search for the same phrases stays here.
- After sign-in, Ask “billing and seats” or “activate seats” opens Settings · Billing. Ask “org timezone” opens the timezone card — there is no picker.
- Ask “billing tutorial”, “pricing tutorial”, or “how to activate seats” opens /help/settings. That tutorial will not start checkout.
- Ask “pricing guide” or “seats guide” stays on the public $7 workup.
- Ask “please charge my card” or “please subscribe for me” is refused. VisibleHours will not run done-for-you billing or charge a card for you.
What this is not
- Not a live Stripe session. There is no Checkout button on this page.
- Not a second plan, annual SKU, or per-screenshot fee.
- Not a quote, invoice, or outreach email. VisibleHours does not bill from Search or Ask.
- Not a timezone editor. Empty timezone on Settings is honest.
