Exports are three CSVs on /reports — not a payroll warehouse

Exports are three CSVs on /reports. Signed-in Operations picks a from / to date range and downloads the activity timeline, productivity totals, and hours already allocated to a client code. Idle and apps live on the activity file — not a fourth CSV. This is not a payroll warehouse, not SFTP delivery, and not an ADP-certified dump. Approved payroll weeks stay on Timesheets.

After sign-in, Ask “exports”, “open exports”, “download csv”, or “export activity” opens Exports. “how to export”, “exports tutorial”, or “csv tutorial” opens Help. Ask or Search “reports csv guide”, “three csv files guide”, or “reports warehouse guide” stays on this article. “exports guide” still opens the manager CSV guide— that piece is the three files and the Timesheets payroll CSV. This one is the /reports honesty: three files, not a warehouse. Ask “warehouse sync” or “ADP export certified” is refused. Public Search will not download a CSV.

Three files. One org. Browser download.

1. Sign in and open Exports — that signed-in screen is /reports.
2. Set From and To. Those are calendar work dates, not a warehouse query window.
3. Activity timeline — each window the tray recorded, including idle and the label from your rules.
4. Productivity totals — productive, unproductive, unclassified, and idle seconds per person.
5. Allocated hours — client codes you already assigned.
6. For an approved Monday–Sunday payroll CSV, export from Timesheets instead. That file is not a warehouse feed.

Files only include this organization. Another company cannot see your rows. The tray does not change when you press download. VisibleHours does not email a CSV, drop it over SFTP, or sync a warehouse. Work dates have no timezone picker — after sign-in, Ask “org timezone” opens Settings.

What this is not

• Not a payroll warehouse. There is no scheduled data drop and no BI cube.
• Not SFTP delivery. You download the file in the browser after sign-in.
• Not ADP export certified. Payroll CSV is still a file you take to the tool you use.
• Not a fourth idle CSV. Idle and apps stay on the activity file.
• Not weekly coaching copy. That reading lives on Insights.
• Not outreach. Site search will not email a CSV or sync a warehouse.
