One organization per signup — isolation, not a multi-tenant peek
Signup creates one isolated organization. People you invite belong only to that org. Another company cannot see your roster, files, or punches.
Signup creates one isolated organization and makes you the admin. People you invite later belong only to that org. VisibleHours does not let a manager peek at another company’s roster, files, punches, or CSVs. There is no shared multi-tenant dashboard and no cross-org search. Isolation is by organization — one signup, one org.
Create the org at /signup. Existing managers use /login. Employees open /join and run unsigned Setup.exe. Ask or Search “sign up”, “create an org”, or “start trial” opens Sign up. “signup tutorial” or “how to create an organization” opens Help after sign-in; public Search those how-tos stays on /signup. Ask or Search “one org guide”, “signup isolation guide”, or “one organization guide” stays on this article. “org isolation” still opens the privacy draft. Ask “please create an account for me” is refused.
One signup, one org, one roster
- Fill organization name, your name, work email, and a password of at least eight characters. Submit Create organization. VisibleHours will not fill the form for you.
- That submit creates an isolated org and makes you the admin. A used email says sign in instead — no stack dump.
- After create you land on Team. Copy an invite code or /join link there. People you add belong only to this org.
- Send the employee notice from your own mail, then have people run unsigned VisibleHours-Setup.exe.
- Retention, CSVs, and capture settings stay inside this organization. Another org cannot open your roster.
The click-through is the create-org tutorial. This guide will not create the org, send a welcome email, or open another company’s people. Seats are $7 per person / month. This page does not start checkout.
What this is not
- Not a multi-tenant peek. You cannot open another organization’s roster or files.
- Not one account that spans many companies. A second company is a second signup.
- Not employee /join. Employees paste an invite into unsigned Setup.exe.
- Not manager /login. Existing managers sign in to an org that already exists.
- Not done-for-you account creation. Ask “please create an account for me” is refused.
- Not a welcome mailbox. VisibleHours does not email anyone from signup.
